Organization is key!
I sort of was introduced to my first giveaway by chance. A facebook friend posted a giveaway post on her wall and bam! I became addicted to giveaways! Although I started as unorganized as could be. I entered one giveaway once and then next day I couldn’t remember what website it was on.
So, you can say I didn’t win a whole lot.. lol
I decided to get my act together and found that I found a system that worked for me and I hope it will help my fellow giveaway addicts out there.
- Download Diigo Toolbar Add-on to your browser.
- When you find a giveaway, bookmark with Diigo
- TAG it with ending date of giveaway.
(optional, but helpful) TAG if giveaway is a one-time entry or if you can earn more entries with daily tweets or comments - Everyday bring up your Diigo bookmark library
- Click on “TAGS” link. This will give you a sorted list of dated tags.
- Click on one of the dated tags to find the giveaways ending on that date.
- Click on “TAGS” link. This will give you a sorted list of dated tags.
- Click on one of the dated tags to find the giveaways ending on that date.
- Click on the DAILY tagged bookmarks so you can earn your daily giveaway entry. Skip one-time entry TAGS.
Now, you are ready to be in giveaway addict mode.
Start Entering!
** Take note if giveaways are one-time or daily entries..
Using this method, I was able to win more than several prizes which included $200 Amazon GC, Zoobie Toy, DVD, Books, Clothing Boutique Gift Certificates, Jewelry. You can say I was hooked but much more organized. I’m not saying you will win every single giveaway, but you have a better chance of winning by being organized.
What NOT to do. Don’t try to cheat the system. Don’t break the rules. Don’t be a sore loser.
Remember Good Karma will bring GOOD(IES) back to you!
