Apple cider vinegar is a 100% natural product produced in two fermentation procedures. First, the fermentation of apple juice to apple cider.

From then on, the 2nd fermentation to apple cider vinegar. This has all of the goodness where the apple has which is full of additional enzymes and acids following the fermentation process.
